By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions;
price
We accept payments in USD, CNY, HK USD, new Taiwan USD, Singapore USD and Australian dollar. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to sudden increases in market prices.
The default currency on our website is set to USD. When you repay a payment in a different currency, the refund amount for cancellations or returns will cover foreign transaction fees. Especially in the case of product yields, there will be a difference between the price you pay and the amount refunded.
Even in cases where the store is deemed responsible for cancellations or returns, we will not be liable for the above costs, which will be borne by the customer.
In addition, in the case of product returns, the refund amount may differ from the paid amount due to changes in currency exchange rates. We have no control over this change and we assume that we have the right to hold the customer accountable for the difference.
Import duties/taxes
Once the package arrives at the destination country, any import duties and taxes will be charged, and these costs must be paid by the recipient of the package. We are not responsible for these allegations, as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs fees, we will ask you to contact your local customs office.
Cancellation/Amendment
We do not accept any changes/cancellations once the order has been placed. If changes need to be made to the order, or if it has to be canceled for unforeseen reasons, a processing fee of 4% of the total order will be charged.
Return Policy
We do not accept any returns due to the personal preferences of our clients. All sales are final. Make sure to read the description of the product in detail, review the images and double-check the measurements and condition before purchasing. Depending on the device you are using, the color of the item may vary, especially for the colors beige and yellow. If you need additional information before purchasing, please feel free to contact our customer service.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please send us an email to request a return after confirming the conditions below;
・The return tag is still attached.
・The item has not been stored for more than two days after delivery.
・ It has not been worn, washed, or its condition has not changed in any way.
・It is not missing any of the included accessories.

We ship all packages with the required signatures. If you request a shipment that does not require a signature, the recipient will be responsible for any missing package. If the item cannot be delivered and returned to us, the recipient will be responsible for all additional reinvestment costs.
